NETFLIX RELEASES ‘MANIFEST’ SEASON FOUR TRAILER

Manifest is returning for a fourth and final season. Netflix gave fans a look at the fourth season by dropping the trailer on their Tudum fan event on Saturday 24 September. Season four will comprise of a total of twenty episodes. The first batch will release on the streaming platform on 4 November.

Cast members stars including Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallos, Athena Karkanis, and J.R. Ramirez will be returning for season four.

The series original aired on NBC but it was cancelled after its third season. Manifest was then brought to Netflix where it quickly jumped to one of the most-watched series. This prompted Netflix to order a fourth season.

The series follows the passengers of Flight 828. This was a group of people who experienced a little more than turbulence when they took a flight back to New York City.

When the passengers arrived, they were informed that their flight had been missing for five-and-a-half years and they were all presumed dead. The passengers start to experience “callings” while they figure out what happened to them.

Season three of Manifest ended on a cliffhanger. Grace (Athena Karkanis), the wife of one of the 828er’s Ben Stone was stabbed by Angelina (Holly Taylor) who then kidnapped their baby Eden. Cal, touches the tail fin of the 828 plane and disappears. According to the trailer, when he reappears he is five years older.

828 wasn’t an accident. We’re supposed to save the passengers together,” said Michaela Stone.

    Take a look…

“Two years after the brutal murder of Grace turned their lives upside down, the Stone family is in shambles as a devastated Ben continues to mourn his wife and search for his kidnapped daughter, Eden,” reads the synopsis of the fourth season.

“Consumed by his grief, Ben has stepped down from his role as co-captain of the lifeboat, leaving Michaela to captain it alone, a near impossible feat with the passengers’ every move now being monitored by a government registry,’” reads the synopsis.

“As the Death Date draws closer and the passengers grow desperate for a path to survival, a mysterious passenger arrives with a package for Cal that changes everything they know about Flight 828 and will prove to be the key to unlocking the secret of the Callings in this compelling, mind-bending, and deeply emotional journey,” reads the synopsis.
